Initial Registration, where no fees are charged. This is followed by a detailed discussion with your Consultant about your current situation, your needs and requirements.
Search
Your Consultant will search through our extensive database and present you with the best two or three that are most suitable for you.
Presentation of Candidates
First you will receive a CV for each candidate that we have prepared for you. Then we can arrange interviews.
Offering a position
Should you be seriously considering a candidate we will prepare full references and make all the arrangements. Trials of candidates can be organised, if circumstances allow, thereby enabling you to see them in a working environment.
Guarantee Starts
All of our placements are underwritten with a free replacement guarantee should you need it, as per our terms.
