What happens after I register?

Once you have submitted your online application to register with Aunt Jessica Cares. One of our Administrators or Recruitment Consultants will review your application and you will be sent an email inviting you in for a face-to-face interview if you suit our current vacancies. Following your face-to-face interview we will Check you References, Verify Qualifications, Verify the authenticity of any documents you have provided and run our own referencing checks. 

If we are happy with your application we will finalise your registration with us and assign you a unique candidate reference, with this you will be able to apply for any of our vacancies online, but you will also be sent jobs via email, text message or direct messaging  (dependent on your preferred contact method) with vacancies that would suit you and we would want to put you forward for. 

Aunt Jessica Cares truly cares about their candidates and this is why we always support you in your job search advising you on the interview process and listen to your feedback following the interview. We will also always follow up every placement by checking to see if all is going well. 

What do I need to Apply?

  • Written References from Contactable previous Employers

  • Relevant Certificates or Proof of Qualifications

  • National Insurance Number

  • DBS Check if you have one

  • Proof of Address if we need to obtain a DBS on your behalf

  • Photographic Evidence of Identity (Passport, EU ID Card or Drivers License)

  • Driver’s License for driving positions your driving record will be checked with the DVLA
